Whatever your requirement we at The Contractor Place can manufacture your exact requirements. We provide non fire rated, FD30, FD60, FD90 and FD120 doors whether for residential, commercial or industrial purposes. Our products provide superior performance, quality and peace of mind.

FD30/FD30s:
Designed to provide 30 minutes of protection against fire and smoke. These doors typically feature a solid timber or fire-resistant composite core. Commonly installed in residential properties, apartment buildings, and low-risk areas in commercial settings. They are usually around 44mm thick.

FD60/FD60s:
Constructed with advanced core materials to deliver 60 minutes of fire resistance. These doors are ideal for high-risk zones such as stairwells, corridors in high-rise buildings, and critical areas in commercial properties. Slightly bulkier at approximately 54mm thick, they provide enhanced safety where it's needed most.
